Job Description:
- Act as a primary interface with customers for all sales service aspects.
- Responsible for entire order fulfillment process, key tasks include:
- Issue proforma invoice to customers.
- Ensure receipt of L/C timely by co-ordinating with customer.
- Nominating shipping details to customers for acceptance.
- Instructing supplier to ship cargo.
- Issue all shipping documents timely.
- Prepare and present clean bills to banks for negotiation (target to complete within 2 workdays upon receipt of all required documents from supplier)
- Liaise COA report with laboratory staff to ensure delivery of on-spec products.
- Prepare COO related documents for export
- Liaise with import/export agent for all imports and exports to ensure proper and timely declaration to Government agencies.
- Attend to all customers' enquiries and provide assistance as and when necessary.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to resolve customers' problems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum tertiary qualification or Diploma in Logistics with at least 3 years of shipping working experience. Individuals who possess shipping related qualification would have advantage.
- Able to build good rapport with customers as well as work under pressures and meet tight deadlines.
